Return & Refund Policy

At Aarnaaz 360 Degree Gifting Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:

Returns

Replacement are accepted only when the wrong product is delivered.

To claim a return:

  1. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. A video of the unboxing showing the product and packaging in its original state is mandatory to validate the claim.
  3. Send the video along with proof of purchase to aarnaaz.store@gmail.com.


Refunds

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product is missing or not delivered within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds are only applicable for wrong products

A refund claim must include proof of purchase and any related documentation.
Valid refund claims will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.


How to Raise a Claim

Email us at aarnaaz.store@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Purchase date
  • Proof of issue (include unboxing video if claiming a wrong Product).

Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days.


Important Notes

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
  • This policy does not cover:
    • Customer errors during purchase (e.g., selecting the wrong product).
    • Refunds are not applicable for general dissatisfaction.
