• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

• For domestic orders within India, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.

ORDER TRACKING

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Use the tracking number to follow your package’s journey online.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International shipping charges are calculated separately based on the destination, products, and package weight.
• Free Shipping does not apply to international orders.
• After adding your products to the cart, share your cart with us on WhatsApp. We will calculate and inform you of the applicable shipping charges.
• Note: Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

SHIPPING DELAYS

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
